This delicate fresh goat's cheese tastes tangy and clear of freshly milked goat's milk. You immediately think of honey and sweet fruit as an accompaniment. The consistency is fine yet dry. This pasteurised cheese is so characteristic that it makes a satisfying whole meal with some bread, fruit or olives and tomatoes.
Tasting notes: at room temperature, excellent on its own or seasoned - e.g. with olive oil and pepper or on fresh bread with honey. Our tip: try it with baked beetroot, honey and walnuts.
