The popular Crema Pistacchio, sweet pistachio cream from Scyavuru is a delicious spread made from pistachios from Sicily. The greenish pistachio cream is not only delicious on white bread, but also on waffles, crêpes or pandoro. This cream is also a delicious alternative on its own, making ice cream or to refine desserts.
The Scyavuru pistachio cream seduces with its full pistachio flavour, because it consists of 30% Sicilian pistachios.

Scyavuru Crema al Pistacchio - the sun of Sicily in a glass
Aziende Agricole Scyavuru srl is located in the middle of a lemon grove near Ribera, a small town on the southern coast of Sicily, crossed by three rivers. Scyavuru means perfume, smell, fragrance in the Sicilian dialect. The fruits grown here have DOP status, i.e. a protected designation of origin. The climatic conditions, influenced by Mount Etna, and the fertile soils with lava rock offer simply optimal conditions for fruit growing, but also for the cultivation of pistachios, almonds and nuts. Scyavuru was founded by three sisters who all own their own fruit farm in the third generation. They are united not only by the family bond but also by the passion for farming. Their main goal is to transform what the soil offers, with special attention to the cultivation and harvesting of fruits, carefully preserving the seasonality of nature. They select fresh and genuine ingredients for the preparation of spreadable creams, toppings, sauces, jams and marmalades, paying attention to every single step.
